Method:- How to make PALAK PANEER BHURJI step by step 


(1) Heat oil in a skillet and include cumin seeds (jeera) in it. Broil the cumin seeds for a couple of moments. 

(2) When the cumin seeds begin snapping, include some finely hacked onions, finely cleaved green chilies, minced ginger, and garlic. 

(3) Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium warmth till the onions turn brilliant earthy colored. 

(4) Add finely cleaved tomatoes to the dish. 

(5) Stir infrequently and cook for 4-5 minutes till the tomatoes become delicate. 

(6) Add turmeric powder (Haldi), red stew powder, garam masala, and salt to the dish.

(8) Add slashed spinach leaves to the skillet. 

(9) Mix well with the masala and let it cook. The leaves will begin leaving the water. 

(10) Cook till the water is evaporated and the spinach leaves are cooked. 

(11) Add disintegrated or ground paneer to the skillet.
