It's a curry dish very spicy and healthy. Full of vitamin C.

Ingridients
                                               

Chicken without bones: 250 gms (cut into thin slices). 

1 pic capsicum (six) cut into two pieces.

Refined oil: 1 tbsp. 

Cream: 2 tbsp.

What spices do you need: 

Garlic: 3 Koya. 

Ginger paste:1 tbsp.

Cumin Powder: 1tbsp.

Chili Powder: As required.

Turmeric Powder: To taste.

Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon.

Tomato sauce:1 teaspoon.

Salt: to taste. 

Hot spices teaspoon. 

Tomato:150 grams. 

Oil and:2 tablespoons. 


Method

Mix all the spices and grind. Place the meat with the oil in a micro-proof kana high dish. 

A microgrid on the dish Covers the bowl. Then microwave at high temperature for 4-5 minutes. Take out and spread all the spices on the meat.

Cover the bowl and stir again for 5 minutes Micro at room temperature. Take it out again. 

Now cut capsicum and cream in tanned meat for 2 minutes Micro. Take out and serve hot with hot spices and coriander leaves.
