How to make Parsha macher

It's a freshwater fish. It can be cooked in a 

jhol or cooked with a mustard paste. A 

very tasty dish is often made, It is called 

parse macher jhal.

Ingredients 

Parsha Fish: 300 gms. 

Sour curd:1 teaspoon. 

Turmeric powder. 

Mustard oil:1 tbsp. 

Mustard paste: 2 tbsp. 

Salt and sugar: to taste.

Green chilies: 3 tbsp. 


Method: 

(1) Wash the fish well on the side and apply salt and turmeric. 

(2) Spread the oil and all the spices with the fish in the parsley dish and arrange the chopped green chilies. 

(3) 7 --- 8 minutes high temperature without covering the pot i.e. the dish Let it cook in the cook. 

(4) Remove from the oven and serve hot.
